Aku sebenarnya tengah tunggu green light daripada boss sini dan boss dari KL utk aku keje kat KL sekejap...
bukan lah aku nak ambil advantage ni so that aku boleh ke KL (walaupun itu kira bagus lah) tapi aku dah rasa keje aku ni mcm my own baby yang aku jaga... so for report yang aku bagi pada management kat sini sebelum ni aku based dengan report dari other BC termasuk kl. tp aku dapat tahu mungkin rekod depa kat KL tu kurang tepat dan tak der orang personally tgk / taking care of the report. jadi selama ni, aku akan bg report menggunakan figure yang tak tepat...
tapi... hari ni aku dapat email daripada Boss KL yang katanya Boss sini tak bagi aku ke sana dan suruh aku remotely resolved from here... aku boleh buat benda ni provided ada orang kat sana yang control and cek... kalau tak der... back to square one... hmmm....

you have to be loud & vocal abt anything hindering u from completing yr work.
but at the same time, u hv to balance out the value of going there vs. remotely solve the issue. Like me, am not going to US, but most of the issues are resolve via a call/webex. But be careful with personal intention vs. work...

i'm totally agree with you. i guess i have to do it from here first (which what i've been doing now).
i thought i could solve the issue once for all... instead of tiap2 bulan kena ajar depa again2 on the phone.
lupa lak nak cakap... normally kalau buat over the phone or WebEx, the other party senang lupa. And this normally make both parties tak puas hati.
So I would suggest you send the instructions via email or prepare the document and when having the confcall/WebEx, walk thru the steps with reference to documentation.
In this way, when another party jkacau u lagi, u can ask them to refer to steps..
kalau dia org tak faham jugak, then u have a proof yg the other party tu bengong!!! [boleh guna perkataaan tu?] Pah tu, strong case nak terbang ke other BC hehehehe.. [mintak 2 tiket la.. i nak ikut sama...]

balik je kl for holiday nanti baru puas hati. kalau balik & still hv to work sure terkejar2 jer nanti.
