Masa balik sudah aku beli a new album (tak la br mana, but terbaru lah) of one of my favourite artists... Norah Jones. Malam tadi br aku berpeluang nak dengar the album (tu pun tak abis) and i was attracted to the melody of this song.. sekali dengar i dah suka dah... n aku terus cek lyric... rupa nya its related to election day.... hmm... since kat Malaysia sedang dan akan menghadapi pilihanraya kecil lagi 13 hari.. lagu ni aku tujukan kat org-org Malaysia... :-)

ni nak citer pasal outdated story.. hehehehe...

dah seminggu lebih aku kat doha ni.. eh dah nak masuk dua minggu baru nak cite pasal balik hari tu.... cuti 2 minggu tu mcm kejap sangat.. alih2 dah nak balik. aku pack all my things in boxes and bags... and in total check in luggage 42.6kg!!! n semua tu makanan je!!! baju2 except toileteries jd hand luggage.. giler!!! tak pernah2 buat mcm ni.. semua nya sebab lagi sebulan (now tak sampai sebulan) dah nak puasa.

a bit kelam kabut masa check in, flight aku jam 4.15am, so aku plan dtg KLIA jam 1am... aku ada bawak 1 polestrene box, utk barang2 sejuk... (termasuk lah yong tau fu yg dilla pesan). the plan was, nak wrap polestrene box tu kat klia yg kena bayar RM7 tu. tp bila aku sampai tempat tu jam 1.15am, rupanya wrapping station tu dah tutup. katanya sampai jam 1am je... hmm... i tot its an international airport, apasal lak tutup jam 1am kan.

so bila discus2 ngan org kaunter katanya ada kemungkinan box tu akan pecah... tp aku merayu lah kat mamat check in tu.. taruh lah fragile ke apa ke.. wrap ke apa... sebab mengharap sangat box tu tak pecah.. and kalau tak jadi bawak pun nak buat apa ngan kotak tu.. so aku pun gamble je lah... mmg aku risau kotak ni pecah, sepanjang flight sampai lah masa tunggu kat conveyer belt kat doha. the main reason aku risau kotak tu pecah sebab kat dalam dia ada petai jeruk n tempoyak!!! hahaha... kalau pecah n keluar bau.. memang macam gas beracun!!!

anyway, the flight was smooth except for turbulence skit right after take off.. i mean bila near lautan hindi tu.. dah mmg macam routine, kat situ mmg selalu turbulence... i took both snack n breakfast and managed to watch kung fu panda and (apa ntah satu lagi movie, dah lupa title)... trying to sleep sbb esok nak keje.. tp as usual... the most is 2 hours je blh tido. sampai kat doha right on time... imigresen semua ok... tp brg plak lambat keluar... aku macam tertunggu2 je kalau2 ada announcement panggil nama aku sbb kotak dah pecah... tunggu punya tunggu.. alhamdulillah kotak selamat... tak kempunan lah dilla nak makan yong tau fu n jeruk petai dia.. hahaha... :-) so these are my bags and boxesoh... thanks to razi who bg pinjam his car for the whole 2 weeks kat malaysia hari tu.. hehehe.. kesian dia patah kaki sbb kena follow my schedule yg sebuk lah nak jumpa org sana sini.. hahaha... and also big thanks also to him sbb taking care of my house in KL... :-)

Banned TGIF....

First of all... Hepi Besday Shah!!! thanks for the dinner... sebab laki nya besday, kena lah belanja org.. kalau perempuan nya besday, sibuk2 nak kena buat surprise kan??? tak adil!!! heheehe... so my birthday nanti nak keluar dr doha... hahahaha...


anyway, besday tu mmg best.. makan ramai2... tp yg tak best nya... TGIF kat landmark tu...


1. the waitress pemalas... or rude or both... bila nampak aku dah start pegang pen n isi complaint form baru lah nak baik2... nak serve elok2... sampai nak tukar my steak to a bigger portion! huh!!!


2. steak dia kecik nak mampos.. hahaha.. seriously kecik... even place like ponderosa blh set berat steak, tgif tak berani letak... sbb daging2 dia kecik.. dah lah tu... liat n keras....


3. iklan je ribs.. but never have ribs (mungkin kena kat aku je lah kot) i think that was my 3rd time nak order ribs, tak de pun...


4. nowadays, new rule, outside cake depa nak charge QR50!!! hari tu aku negotiate.. dia bg lah bawak, since first time... anyway, dia ingat best ke depa nyanyi birthday tu.. hehehehehe...


so... no more TGIF!!! banned TGIF dah pas ni... no more dinner there.. no more birthday party :-

Tribunal Tuntutan...

Antara sebab aku g balik bercuti last week adalah untuk menghadiri pendengaran (hearing) kat Tribunal Tuntutan Pembeli Rumah. as you all know (kalau pernah baca lah dulu... aku ada beli umah ni)

firstly, dengan bangganya baik lah aku puji dulu tribunal ni. Tribunal ni letak nya kat Pusat Bandar Damansara. Masa aku balik raya tahun lepas, aku dah ambil form utk buat tuntutan... tp sebabkan aku pun delay, form tu aku submit bulan April sudah... in 1 month time, Tribunal telah memaklumkan melalui surat depa ke alamat aku kat Ipoh berkenaan tarikh pendengaran. Tp tarikh mula2 aku tak dapat hadir. aku pun hantar surat (thru my fren kat kl) and ask them to reply ke my email address. to my surprise in 1 week time, depa blh bg new date n hantar directly to my email. efficient gak. and too bad, aku still tak dapat dtg on the new date (aku bg tahu aku start cuti on 18th July, depa buat hearing 18th July 9am. aku sampai airport pun 9.10am) anyway, 2 hari lepas aku minta tunda, depa blh reply and bg new date... and all this done through email. Frankly, aku impress ngan their efficiency (or aku je yg masih our govt office still slow kot).

anyway, back to the hearing. it was held on 28 July hari tu, hari isnin. 3 hari sebelum hearing (petang jumaat to be exact) org PKNS / Jernih Matang PGMS call aku minta aku tarik claim aku. huh! dia kata dia janji nak bayar all my claims. bengong tak? kalau dah agree kenapa lah tak bg tahu awal2 kan... i might have plan a trip to tioman dah weekend tu kalau aku tak perlu g ke tribunal on monday. bodoh ya amat. anyway, i do not agree with their request sebab aku nak everything on paper instead of on the phone je. then, developer bg offer jual tapak letak kereta extra yg dulu nya harga RM12k 1 tapak, at RM8k satu tapak... still too expensive for a tapak letak kereta...
so, on 28th tu aku pun pergi tribunal. aku dtg 45minit awal. aku tunggu wakil PKNS yg kononnya akan bawak surat utk agree akan bayar all my claim. but he came late, lagi 5 minit sebelum hearing, and court secretary tak setuju nak cancel dah lewat mcm tu. so kitaorg kena lah tunggu sampai nama kena panggil.

luckily nama aku kena panggil utk kes ke 3. sbb surat persetujuan dah ada, aku pun bg tahu yang arif aku bersetuju dengan surat tu. dan yang arif minta tarikh bayaran cek, dan dia kata seminggu. aku minta bayaran awal i.e. exactly the next day sebab aku nak balik Doha... hehehe.. and for the record yang arif suruh mamat PKNS tu setuju, and dia setuju :-).... in fact petang tu aku dah dapat cheque aku... hooray...

it was an experience lah. walaupun court tu kecil2an tp best gak... dulu mmg aku bercita2 nak jadi lawyer... akhirnya aku dapat gak masuk court.. hahaha.. tp harap2 tak lah aku masuk court utk benda tak elok plak nanti kan.. hehehe.. :-)

Back in Doha

Dah semakin panas Doha ni.. but itu tak lah sepanas mana... sbb malaysia pun panas gak.. tp the high humidity tu yg lebih menggangu... tak selesa betul... keluar office, keluar kereta, keluar umah... nak kena lap cermin mata...

anyway, ada tak sesapa pernah g ski kat iran??? kalau ada tips let me know... :-)
