mmg tak blh nak control mulut org bercakap... bercakap benda baik... bercakap benda buruk...

situasi 1
people talk and we talk... for many reasons we talk about other ppl... ada cakap because we know the real story... on other occassion we added a little bit of salt here and there to make it juicier... we talk and talk... tak sedar whether the person we talk about suka ke tak pasal apa kita cite...

situasi 2
kita tak cite pasal org... kita cite pasal diri sendiri... kita choose the most trusted friend or at least the one that close to us to talk to... sekadar nak share stories, nak release and seek opinion... so again we talk.... a lot... because of the trust, we believed cite tu setakat tu je lah... never expect it goes far...

situasi 3
cite kita dlm situasi 2 rupanya topic situasi 1... we may hate it... or we may ignore it... for some reason we blamed our trusted friend for talking about it... but little did he/she knows that those stories are some personal stories because ppl have been talking abt it in situasi 1 even before situasi 2 happened to him/her... so dia tak rasa salah lah cite... anyway, its no big deal pun (on his/her opinion)

conclusion
berfikir sebelum bercakap... banyak benda boleh dielakkan... ada banyak benda blh cakap... tp kalau perlu tak cakap lagi baik diam...

ari tu aku tgk Q.Uni punya website dan aku jumpa satu course yg sesuai utk adik aku masuk. it is fully sponsored by Q.Uni, since adik aku br abis belajar n belum dpt keje, why not. at least dia belajar benda baru n better dpt belajar ngan foreigners dan new culture... pendedahan...

so adik aku, whether terpaksa or suka (aku tak tau) pun apply lah... and buat lah semua attestation, dpt kan semua salinan sijil sahkan oleh kementerian luar dan kementerian pelajaran plus kedutaan Qatar kat Malaysia (kena caj RM30 setiap pengesahan!)... renyah jugak, tp kalau dpt belajar apa salahnya... and hope for the place je lah...

and 2 hari sudah, dia terima email ni dr Q.Uni...

so aku agak confuse kenapa depa minta original cerificate dan nak kena attest the original certificate plak tu. so aku pun call lah head of the section, nak minta kepastian... sebab first takkan nak hantar original certificate pastu kalau hantar original tak pe lah, now nak plak attestation on the original. aku call and the head cakap, yes that is what they want.

dia siap blh cakap, dia tahu yg semua universiti dlm dunia, if u pay a bit, u can get another original certificate.... tu dia... seriously dia dengan sangat angkuh kata mcm tu, like she knows everything in the world... and dia kata she can't do anything with this as this is the uni rule, aku minta reason behind it, dia nak make sure yg qualification/certificate tu bukan cert beli... pergh!!! ni course sambilan je, not master or anything, habis program dpt cerificate je pun.

aku jadi confuse still rasa tak puas hati... and aku cakap kat adik aku, kalau tak dpt sudah lah.. takkan lah nak bg original and dia pun tak de masa nak entertain, unless lah lps bg tu confirm dpt. ni masa registration pun mengarut, mcm mana lah course tu akan proper...

HIQ : Visa On Arrival...

Awal bulan sudah kerajaan Qatar buat announcement yg warganegara dr 33 negara yg sebelum ni boleh masuk ke Qatar menggunakan visa on arrival (dgn fee QR100 bayar kat airport) akan ditarik balik keistimewaan ni. maknanya warganegara US, Britain, kebanyakan negara eropah, Singapura, Hong Kong dan Malaysia (among the 33) kena apply visa sebelum masuk negara ni.

Kedutaan Britain dan US antara yg mula2 kena panggil utk dimaklumkan dan depa pun umumkan kat website kedutaan masing mengenai perkara ni. Manakala kedutaan Malaysia kat Qatar declare yg Malaysia belum dipanggil so perhaps takkan kena mcm US dan Britain ni.

org ramai mula membincangkan punca ruling baru ni... dan apa akibatnya... ada 2 punca yg selalu depa cakap:
1. Maybe sbb kes pembunuhan org hamas kat dubai, so kerajaan Qatar takut benda sama terjadi kat Qatar ni...

2. ni maybe kes 'dengki' i.e. kalau warganegara Qatar kena apply visa masuk negara2 eropah ni, so depa kena lah apply visa masuk ke Qatar. if with this basis, ada harapan lah Malaysian akan still masuk with VOA ye lah Qatari blh freely masuk malaysia (suppose QR100 pun tak patut kena, sbb depa masuk Malaysia free je...)

implication plak:
1. Family tak dpt lah nak dtg selalu, ramai expat sini yg come single n family come n go... so susah lah skit

2. reduce lah perlancongan (as if sekarang ni ada pelancong dtg pun) at least within expats kat gulf lah kan

3. penat lah pekerja embassy Qatar kat luar negara nak review visa application, sbb selama ni depa kurang keje... and bukan byk embassy Qatar kat luar, so more new embassy mungkin diwujudkan..

4. dan lain lain...

bg aku plak, kalau rule ni imply to all European n American but not Malaysian (sbb kita bg depa masuk free) what the heck :-)

anyway, sbb kan ruling ni dibuat mengejut (only 1 bulan notice - suppose start 1 May) dan byk negara n company complain (ye lah sini expat lebih dr local)... kerajaan Qatar menangguh dan akan mengkaji semula ruling ni... seperti biasa...kena gertak ngna org putih, kecut la depa... hahaha... we'll see bila depa akan taruh semula ruling ni.

Quick trip to KL...

Masa aku kat London... boss aku cakap, dia suruh aku g kl for a quick trip... 2 hari keje je... hahaha... aku negotiate utk stay for the weekends... dia kata ok..

hooray... dpt balik kl... :-)

rasa lain macam je bila g kl utk business trip...

(cite ni cite bulan sudah la, aku dah kat doha semula... :-) )

anyway, a little update pasal keje aku kat london... i was involved dgn satu interview keje.. yeah am interviewing org (incl. british) utk keje kat London dgn company registered kat UK... like mcm korang nak keje kat negara korang pun, aku yg decide... and my boss give me the chance to pick who will take the job... (eh this note bukan nak kata aku bagus lah, aku kuli still cumanya depa takde bilik, so guna bilik yg sama2 team guna, and i was there... but anyway, at least aku dah dpt rasa apa org2 luar (expat kat malaysia) rasa, bila depa dtg M'sia, interview malaysian utk keje kat M'sia)
