Lagenda...

Hari Jumaat sudah ada member aku ajak g makan kat the new 'malaysian' restaurant kat doha ni, Lagenda. Actually, aku tak rasa ni malaysian restaurant, cuma restaurant kat hotel holiday villa yg ada menu malaysian food kot. its a buffet breakfast at QR76 per person.

the buffet spread tak lah byk sangat variety, i think maybe dia tahu kitaorg je nak makan. memang ye pun, for the first 1 - 2 hours tu, kitaorg je makan kat situ. banyak nya western breakfast spread and arabic spread... tp tu pun tak lah byk. aku rasa depa still bajet2 utk taruh semua, sbb tak expect ramai org... ada 2 je (or shall i say only one) malaysian food - nasi lemak dan puree ngan kuah... so apa lagi, nasi lemak lah yg depa (not me, i started with fruits and taking pictures) balun dulu...

so talking abt nasi lemak...

the sambal tu sedap jugak... tp agak pedas lah.. not for international standard... seriously pedas

tp nasi dia out... kurang lemak... n kurang bau... aku bg tahu the manager and aku tanya, tak taruh pandan ke? dia admit, mmg taruh serai n halia je, sbb pandan tak de... so mcm makan nasi putih je lah...

but still we enjoyed the time there.. mainly enjoy sembang2 lah.. in terms of food, for QR76, we need more variety... aku dah pesan kat manager tu yg dia blh caj mahal if they remained the authenticity (betul ke ejaan aku ni) of the food... like pakai lah mee kuning instead of spagetthi... ada kerang, taugeh n daun kucai for char kue tiow... etc etc... dia agree with me on that... plus he even said that the current malaysian restaurant kat souq tu pun harga lagi tinggi... he plans to put a cheaper price for the food at the hotel...

the manager also said that every friday ada malaysian's buffet... in couple of months aku check out... but for me, apa depa perlu buat, is a good ramadhan buka puasa buffet... if they can score 10/10 for the buffet and dpt pull crowd... depa insyaAllah better than the current malaysian restaurant... (ntah kenapa, aku giler2 anti seri kebayan tu.. hahaha)
