setelah sebulan aku bwk wifey ke Doha and setelah sebulan lebih kawin i realised that my weight macam naik tak leh control2... tiap tiap hari naik berat... seluar g keje makin ketat.. perut makin boroi... pipi makin tembam... quick solution... diet!!!
so we ended up decided utk start buat GM diet... a simple one. first day makan buah, 2nd day makan sayur. third day buah n sayur. 4th day pisang n susu sahaja. 5th day buah n sayur balik. 6th day makan daging and 7th apa2 ntah...religously follow the diet on 1st and 2nd day... result, turun 2-3kg in that 2 days... wow!!! sangat bersemangat... tp kan masa tu, ada courses kat ofis, so terpaksa menyorok bila lunch break and tea time, sbb buffet spread yg best tapi tak leh makan... surprisingly, aku siap boleh bawak bekal buah lg ke office, demi berdiet...but when come the 3rd day... aku dah mula mengira berapa lagi lah nak abis diet ni.. dah sibuk tanya, whether is kismis and nuts considered sayur... whether can i have choclate milk instead of water je... and cornflakes tak leh makan ke? how about bread.. hahahaha... and nak jadi kelakar nya... siap mlm tu pening n slight demam...
so on the 3rd day noon.... aku pun belasah nasi beriani masa lunch break... there goes my diet... hahahaa... too bad. i call it off... no more diet, i have to start getting the fact that menjadi gemuk adalah asam garam rumah tangga... :-D
