The Day....

(scene 12hrs - 0hrs before the Majlis)

Again, aku bangun awal di hari minggu, tujuan memasak!!!!!

Trifle yg aku buat semlm tak berapa menjadi.. custard keras... hmm.. aku dah frust.. tp biarlah... dlm perancangan awal, trifle lah harapan aku... yg lain2 mungkin tak berapa elok.. nih.. kalau trifle pon tak menjadi susah nih.

Rendang Dinding aku plak... taste dia semakin blend... and rasa dah sedap dah... happy :)

tetiba kitaorg dilanda dilemma... sbb semlm mak aku bg cadangan masa chat... y not buat lontong... mudah ajer... blh makan ngan nasi impit & kuah kacang... bahan2 dah ada cuma tak der udang kering... pastu, mak jugak cakap, buat nasi planta/tomato lah... hmm.. rancangan awal nasi putih ajer... hmmm.. malas nak fikir... tp macam minat ajer... awalnyer kan ke nak buat bihun goreng... so takkan banyak sgt plak makanan nih... so, we've decided kalau tak jumpa udang kering, we stick to previous idea, if jumpa we do lontong... so pepagi tu g breakfast, then pergi supermarket, first ke Mega Mart (ni supermarket yg byk imported ingredients) takder udang kering, then ke Lu-lu hypermarket (ni supermarket mmg tempat south asian and pinoy beli barang, murah and pelbagai pilihan) pon tak der... tp mak ada cakap, tak der udang kering, ikan bilis pon ok. jd kitaorg balik ke my apt, ambil ikan bilis yg mak bekalkan dr m'sia... ooh dah jam 11 and belum mula masak apa2 lagi nih...

sesampai umah jam11.30am... terus membahagikan tugas... MT kena buat kurma and kemas umah... i'll do the rest... i.e. lontong, mix vegie, popia goreng, nasi... disebabkan nak buat ayam kurma tu seekor setengah, we've decided to boil the chicken separately... and end up we got a stock ayam... so tak semena2 dah created another dish call bihun sup plak... hehehe.. bertambah menu... and i've insisted to do nasi planta...

so akhirnya this was our final menu....

Cold guava and mixed fruit juice
Hot tea and M'sian coffee

hmm... mcm menu buffet kat hotel... kalau kat KL nih blh charge RM30 sekepala, kalau kat sini... QR70 pon blh laku nih!!! sharp at 6pm... all the dishes dah siap atas meja... walla....

guest mula sampai dr jam 6pm... start dgn Pelana, then Yin with parents (yg sesat on the way to get to MT's place, then MT g pick up)... then... dtg plak Nzam... kawan MT, emi and friends (yg kat BBQ)... and lastly KM... so total... ada 15 tetamu... (expected ada 23 org tp 5 org yg patut dtg ngan KM, tak jadi dtg)...

they love the food served... semua terkejut ngan jumlah juadah... hehehe...(cuma trifle tak laku sgt, not like responses i got during previous occasions lah). around 10pm.. semua pon dah beredar... masa mengemas. luckily semua pakai disposable ajer.. buang semua pinggan n mangkuk plastic... lelain tu masuk kat dish washer... complete... :)... oh.. kalau nak tahu apa komen2 org... see the specials link kat bawah tu. (hehehe... ini kes masuk bakul angkat sendiri nih... hahaha ye lah.. korang tak dapat rasa.. so aku share ajer lah komen org kan)
